This Quick Start page defines the Single Family Servicing HECM Reports function.

HECM Reports

HECM Reports provides HUD Home Equity Conversion Mortgage Insurance Treasury Deposit reports for a selected date for the specified Servicer ID. You may choose to view the report online or download it in Excel®/spreadsheet file format. Report information includes:

•	Case Number
•	Payee Name
•	Voucher Number
•	Disbursement Date
•	Trace Number
•	MIP (mortgage insurance premium] Amount
•	Late Charge Amount
•	Penalty Interest
•	Initial Fee
•	Total Amount
