Help is available directly on the FHA Connection function page you are using. Help includes:

Business Background: General background information on specific application, including the business rules and regulations and relation of the function to other functions in the loan processing cycle
Steps for Processing: Procedures required to complete the loan processing task
Field Descriptions: Detailed descriptions of each field on the page, including definition, data input, data validation rules, and data format
Help Index: Alphabetical index of the Help available for the business area
   

Note: Some business areas provide Help with some variations in content and format.

FHA Connection Help is directly available in each function via the Help icon Help Links Icon that opens Help menu or a similar icon

What I Need to Know training modules The tips and troubleshooting aids found in the specialized What I Need to Know training modules are described and illustrated in the Single Family Origination User Aids section of this Quick Start Guide. They are function specific, e.g, Single Family Origination's Case Processing Case Number Assignment function is covered in a WINK module. The modules are provided adjacent to the function on the menu page to put needed information directly in the user's work environment. Find WINK modules on the Single Family Origination menus

Message Board The Single Family FHA Business Areas menu hosts message boards for Single Family Origination, Single Family Servicing, Property Improvement/Manufactured Housing, Lender Approval, and Neighborhood Watch to announce recent system operation, functionality, and business process change information. Click the date indicating the most recent message to view its contents and to access a drop-down list of prior messages. Messages appear in a pop-up window. Most recent messages are flagged as "New."
