Use Appraisal Logging to record the appraisal information. If Appraisal Logging is automatically pre-filled with the information from an electronic appraisal report submitted via the Electronic Appraisal Delivery (EAD) portal, the information should be reviewed and edited, if necessary, and saved.
For 203(k) mortgages assigned a case number on or after April 18, 2016, a "subject to repairs and improvements" appraisal is entered. If a second appraisal is required, it must be entered as an "as-is" appraisal. |
