| Condominiums |
Allows authorized
lender and HUD personnel to establish a record for a condominium
project in HUD's system of record. In addition, authorized users
may search the condominium records for Approved, Rejected,
and/or Withdrawn (previously Approved) condominium
projects as needed. The Condominiums List provides
the condominium project's ID and submission number which are
required when completing Case Number
Assignment to request an FHA case number for a condominium unit. |

Reviewer Registry |
Allows lenders
with unconditional Direct Endorsement authorization to use the
Condominium Reviewer Registry to designate employees they deem
qualified to review and approve condominium projects for the
Direct Endorsement Lender Review and Approval Process (DELRAP).
Condominium Reviewer Registry is also used by HUD Headquarters
staff to maintain the condominium reviewer registry. |

Allows
authorized lender and HUD Headquarters personnel the ability
to transfer an Active condominium reviewer to a new
lender (employer). |

Allows authorized
HUD personnel the ability to record receipt of a condominium package submitted by a lender for the HUD Review and
Approval Process (HRAP). |
