Quick Start: Electronic Appraisal Delivery Sign Up

Lenders must be ready to use the Electronic Appraisal Delivery (EAD) portal by June 27, 2016. Electronic Appraisal Delivery Sign Up is used by a lender's FHA Connection Application Coordinator to register for the time period (phase) in which the lender is prepared to upload appraisal documentation to the EAD portal. Electronic Appraisal Delivery Sign Up is accessed from the Lender Functions menu.
