The Capital Needs Assessment Electronic Tool (CNA e-Tool) is an aligned electronic template incorporating a data standard for capital needs assessments (CNAs). It also creates an automated process for preparation, review, submission, approval, and periodic updating of CNAs.
Before accessing CNA e-Tool, the following is needed:

FHA Connection user ID and password. |

Capital Needs Assessment authorization assigned to the user ID by the lender's FHA Connection Application Coordinator. |
Then, lenders sign on to the FHA Connection and CNA e-Tool as follows:

On the FHA Connection home page, click Sign on and enter the FHA Connection ID and password. Then, on the main menu select Multifamily FHA. |

On the Multifamily FHA menu, select Capital Needs Assessment. The User Login page of Secure Systems appears. |

Enter the FHA Connection ID and password again. |
