|Quick Start: Active Partners Performance System (APPS)
The Active Partners Performance System (APPS) automates the submission, information update, and review of the HUD Previous Participation Certification Process (Form 2530) that initiates the approval process for industry entities/existing HUD Business Partners to participate in a HUD project. An approved Previous Participation Certification is a prerequisite for approval of various applications to do business with HUD.
The HUD-2530 contains data concerning principal participants in Multifamily Housing projects, including their previous participation with HUD and other housing agencies. Data originating with the Previous Participation Certification process supports Housing Asset Management, Project Development activities, the Real Estate Assessment Center and Enforcement Center activities.
To access APPS, begin with the Active Partners Performance System option on the FHA Connection's Multifamily FHA menu. This takes you to the PIH-REAC Online Systems page on the HUD.GOV website. This is a Single Sign On gateway to multiple systems, allowing you to log in (registered users), use the online registration form link, and/or request password reset. Click here to go to the HUD.GOV website for additional information on APPS, including registration, system login, and user guides.
